  • Customers purchasing a firearm online can ship it directly to Sentinel Works for transfer. Once the firearm arrives, we will contact you to schedule pickup, complete the required ATF paperwork, and conduct the federal background check before release.

  • Yes. Sentinel Works can special order firearms, optics, accessories, magazines, and other products through distributor networks including RSR Group. Submit a Product Request Form or contact us directly for availability and pricing.

  • Yes. Sentinel Works operates primarily by appointment to ensure every customer receives dedicated service and support. Appointment requests can be submitted directly through the website.

  • Customers must bring a valid government-issued photo ID with their current address. Additional documentation may be required depending on federal or Georgia state firearm regulations.

  • If a background check is denied, the firearm cannot be transferred. Transfer fees are non-refundable, and return shipping or restocking fees from the original seller may apply depending on the vendor’s policies.
