Welcome to Sentinel Works LLC. By accessing this website, submitting forms, purchasing products or services, or conducting firearm transfers through Sentinel Works LLC (“Sentinel Works,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Firearm Eligibility & Legal Compliance

By using this website or submitting any firearm-related request, you certify that:

  • You are legally allowed to possess and purchase firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • You are at least 18 years old for rifle/shotgun related transactions and at least 21 years old for handgun related transactions where applicable.

  • You understand all firearm transfers are subject to federal background checks and ATF regulations.

Sentinel Works reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any transaction at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

2. Firearm Transfers

All incoming firearm transfers must:

  • Be shipped from a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder or approved source where legally permitted.

  • Include customer information and order details.

  • Be transferred only to the individual listed on the order.

Customers must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the required background check before possession of a firearm may be transferred.

Transfer fees are non-refundable once transfer processing has begun.

If a customer fails a background check, refuses transfer, or abandons the firearm, the customer is responsible for all return shipping, storage, and applicable restocking fees.

3. Gunsmithing & Firearm Service Work

By submitting a firearm for service, the customer:

  • Certifies they are the lawful owner or authorized possessor of the firearm.

  • Understands firearms may contain inherent risks.

  • Acknowledges that modifications, repairs, installations, and maintenance may alter firearm performance.

Sentinel Works is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing defects or damage.

  • Unauthorized modifications previously performed by third parties.

  • Misuse, negligence, improper ammunition, or improper firearm handling after service completion.

Customers are responsible for safely inspecting and function-checking firearms before use.

4. Product Orders & Special Orders

Special orders, custom orders, and distributor orders may require deposits or full payment in advance.

Availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times are subject to distributor inventory and manufacturer availability.

Certain products may not be available in all jurisdictions.

5. Returns & Refunds

All firearm sales are final once transferred to the customer.

Non-firearm items may be eligible for return at Sentinel Works’ discretion if:

  • The item is unused,

  • In original packaging,

  • And returned within an approved timeframe.

Custom work, special orders, Cerakote finishes, custom builds, and personalized items are non-refundable.

6. Appointment Policy

Sentinel Works operates primarily by appointment. Customers arriving without an appointment may experience delays or be unable to receive service.

7. Storage & Abandoned Property

Firearms or items left unclaimed for extended periods may incur storage fees.

Any firearm or property abandoned beyond the legally permissible timeframe may be transferred, disposed of, or surrendered in accordance with federal and Georgia law.

8. Website Information

Sentinel Works makes reasonable efforts to ensure website information is accurate; however:

  • Pricing,

  • Product descriptions,

  • Availability,

  • And specifications

may change without notice.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated information.

9. Intellectual Property

All Sentinel Works logos, branding, graphics, designs, text, and website content are property of Sentinel Works LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sentinel Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Website use,

  • Product purchases,

  • Firearm transfers,

  • Gunsmithing services,

  • Or customer misuse of products or firearms.

11. Privacy

Customer information submitted through this website is used solely for business operations, order processing, communication, and legal compliance requirements.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law.

13. Changes to Terms

Sentinel Works reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
